Every time. I’ve had a few of those little gadgets that are supposed to open them for you, and they work beautifully!—but then I lose them before I get the next CD. :-P

All the time. The same thing with DVDs. They're so tightly packaged and the cellophane's so thin you can't dig your fingernail into it. Then there's that little sticky security strip on the side of the DVD that's even more hard to open. I usually use a pen to rip it open, but then I end up scratching the plastic cover or inking myself! Ugh! One time I tried tearing the security strip apart with my fingers and I ended up breaking the case. This happens a lot with CDs, where the plastic cover "splits" into two pieces. :(
