  • Um no you do not have to go to college nor elemental school to do Craft.
  • No - ABSOLUTELY NOT. There is no college or specific curriculum you have to attend, anymore than there is for any other religion. Be wary of anyone who tells you differently. Now, some traditions - Gardnerian, Alexandrian, Isian - are oath-bound traditions. In order to be recognized as an Initiate (member) of any of these traditions, you must be initiated into them by an existing member and coven. Typically, you dedicate yourself to the coven (typically, again, for a year and a day) for study and learning before you are initiated. You must study and learn and meet certain criteria. Some traditions (including Gardner's own) require you to be initiated by an existing member of the opposite sex. However, you do not have to be a member of these traditions to be Wiccan (I am an Initiate of one myself), and you certainly don't need to pay anyone money beyond the cost of materials and the expenses incurred in training you (such as travel costs, or a dinner, etc). http://wicca.timerift.net/wiccans.shtml The site to which you are referring seems to be (I haven't read much) a site dedicated to helping Wiccans and Pagans who are in college adapt and maintain their lifestyle and rituals while in college, nothing more.
