  • As per UK law, once the first marriage is concluded in divorce it is finished. A follow-on marriage requires one to produce documentation to illustrate that the applicant is not currently married -- thus the divorce papers. If the same thing happens again, then you as the applicant need to produce papers showing you are not currently married, therefore the divorce papers illustrating a conclusion to your most recent marriage. That is sufficient to meet the requirement of the law. Taking along the papers for the first divorce can't hurt, but is not required.
