There's nothing wrong. It's quite natural for cats at that age to do that. She's marking her terrtory.
-
she is either marking her terriotry is another cat comes or she could just be scratching herself in places she can't reach.
-
She's probably just enojoying rubbing around, but you may want to check to make sure she doesn't have fleas. Most animals will rub and roll on the ground. My dog will spend hours in the back yard rolling in the grass then romping around.
-
Could she possibly be in season? Otherwise it just sounds like she is leaving her scent and marking her territory around the house. It is odourless to us. Just as long as she doesnt start peeing!!!
-
she might be in heat - dont let her outside if you dont want the neighbor boys to get her - and if she rubs her chin on you it means you belong to her LOL
-
shes in heat or she could have something itching her. check her fur see if you can see anything and if its not that then shes in heat.
-
She could be in heat or she could just enjoy a nice roll. I've got one very enthusiastic roller and it's a male cat. His mom is a bit of a floor roller as well.

cats are strange thats all you need to know

My cat does this all the time. I have had several cats over the course of 40 years and this is normal. She is marking her territory and is content. Simply said, your cat loves you and the wonderful environment you have provided for her.
