    You can receive rent assistance from the appropriate agency. I would suggest that you get the Dad to cover the rent in the meantime.

    It is possible to request an advance from your employer, but that is long shot, based on your relationship with them.

    Your best bet would be to request a temporary reprieve from your landlord. They should be glad you have gotten a job, and will now be paying you rent on a regular basis. You might even offer to pay a premium (extra) for the loan over the next couple of months.
