I was a teacher and the best subject I ever taught was aircraft airframe mechanics for an Airframe and Power Plant school...I also taught industrial education but did not enjoy it as much as teaching aircraft mechanics.

I could teach English, history, Latin and Ancient Greek, but I think I could probably do the best job at English and history - the subjects excite me, and I think enthusiasm displayed helps kids learn :)
