Question

Help answer this question below.

Could there be different choices for responding to a "'new friends request"?
Accept is one thing...deny is a bit harsh.
How about:
Accept/Try again later/I don't use this part of AB/
or some variation on that theme?

I totally agree. I always feel bad when I click "Deny", especially when it's followed up by the obnoxious "Are you Serious!?" warning.

When I deny people, it's almost ALWAYS because I don't feel I know them well enough. "Try Again Later" would be a great alternative to the cruel-sounding "Deny".

A try again later feature would be nice.
Or something like: I don't know enough about you so if I accept you now, don't be surprised if I drop you later when I find out you are an idiot...

    Hmmmm too wordy?

Another feature that could slow down Answerbag more. I'll pass on this one.

Accept, then good. Deny, it's not the end of the world.

  • I totally disagree. If you'd rather not have someone as a friend, shouldn't they have the right to know that?
