That is an interesting question. He probably advertised on Google and other sites. If you search answers, a bar on the side that says Sponsored Links might've had Answer Bag on it to advertise. That's my guess.

He lured them with candy and promised to show them a cute kitten in the back of his white van. Or maybe he got it on Digg and slashdot.
