Join the military in your country and allow them to train you as a pilot at the expense of the tax payers, then when your obligation is finished take your skills to the commercial airline industry. This has been a common trend for many years.

I don't know what the requirements are for becoming a pilot so your first step is to determine what those requirements are. Then I suggest that you try to get employment at the nearest air field, even if it's just cleaning up, to get to know the other pilots there. I hope you find that useful.
