Can you start your birth control in between periods or do you have to start it on the day your period starts?

All I can tell you is I started the pill in the middle of a cycle and it made me really sick! Then I started my period after taking it two weeks and it was the worst one I ever had! Good Luck!

as a guy who has dated gals on the pill, you should start taking it the day after your period, or the following sunday.....just remember to take it at the same time everyday...that will help you remember......take care....Brian....
