If you rent a slip in a trailer park, would a typical landlord care whether you use it for a traditional trailer or a motorhome?

The higher class trailer parks will require a certain structure type to be placed on the lot. In order to maintain continuity of services in the community, most parks will require all trailers to be of similar sizes and types. On the other hand if you can get a slip in a lower class area such as the trailer parks that you find beside railroad tracks and factory industrial parks, I am sure they will let you pitch a tent on your slip or even let you sleep in your car.
