Im on microgynon pill,still been taking my pill but iv had bad sickness a diarrhea.im still having sex with my bf.could i be pregnant?as i dont know if illness makes the pill less effective.

Illness doesn't usually make the pill any less efective. However anti-biotics will make the pill stop working.
