  • It should let you still download them. Give it a shot. If it works, then use it. If it doesn't then get DSL or use another service.

  • I could do that, but I might have to pay for a song only to find out I can't download it. Not all areas have access to DSL or broadband (cable) so choice is not always an option regardless of what everyone says about competition between the companies. I have never lived anywhere where I had a choice of cable or internet providers. I have always been stuck with the ONE who provides service where I live.
