  • Contact the court where you were divorced to see if you can pay thru the Circuit Clerk's office or if your state has a Family Support Payment Center; most states do. You send your payments to the FSPC; they send payment on to the custodial parent or hold the money in an acct for CP if they are unable to locate CP. But your child support payments are made and documented thru FSPC, so you don't get behind, and she can't say you didn't pay. You can also call your local child support enforcement office; they can direct you to the FSPC, etc., also.
