What is the difference between the white tablet M363, that is supposed to be 10/500, and a blue tablet that says Watson 540 that is also 10/500?

    I believe one is brand and one is generic. I think they both contain different additives as well.

    WRONG!!! I know that the Pink Hydrocodone 10/500 isn't NOWHERE AS STRONG as the White M363 or Blue Watson 540.
    So NO, ALL generics aren't the same!!!

    The only difference between the blue hydrocodone tablet and the white hydrocodone tablet is that the blue tablet contains blue dye therefore making individuals think that the brand name is stronger than the white generic ( would you pay more Walmart aspirin vs. Walgreen's aspirin?) What is the difference....none, its all the same thing. Unfortunately people are misled by the so called placebo affect which has been documented for approximately 50 yrs. that the word placebo means just that, its all in ones mind
