Where in the Bible do verses condemn the act of masturabating? Do verses ever even mention punishments? Do they mention alternatives and even ways to shake off the addiction?

I dont know about the Bible, however that is not addiction, that is "NORMAL." If it were a sin, I think the World would be down under already. You seem to be a healthy, normal person, what you are feeling and doing is perfectly natural...
