I'm sure you've heard this all before, but limit her beverage intake in the evening -- say nothing to drink past 6 pm, except maybe just a sip of water at bedtime. Make sure she goes to the restroom immediately before going to bed. Don't chastise her for not waking up dry, but praise her when she makes it through the night. Make sure you've tried all these things. If they still don't produce results, I'd say wake her up to take her to the bathroom once during the night.

Limiting drinks in the evening is a good thing but you also need to help them build control and capacity. So me experts suggest during the afternoon, allowing a special treat like a big can of soda or large glass of juice. Then make it a game to see how long they can wait before they go. Then while they are going have them start and stop the flow several times. This helps increase bladder capacity and helps to strenghen the muscles that hold it in. Try this for a few weeks and see if there is improvment. (I am not a doctor, just a parent)

My children are between the ages of 4 and 18. One was sleeping through the night dry at age 3. The other still wetting the bed at age 5. None of my children were wetting the bed by age 6. It will happen. Do not worry. Enjoy your children. They grow up so fast, and all the trouble seems like nothing.

I would take the same appraoch with her. You will have to make that step sooner or later and it sounds like you are right at the stage to start doing it now so I would.
