I've never been to a themed hotel, but I have spent the night at the Stanley in Estes park where The Shining was filmed... some people claim its haunted because of that. Who knows. Have you?

Yes. The theme was nakedness in 20th century Polynesian literature. Unfortunately I neglected to take my reading glasses so the proceedings had to be conveyed to me in sign language by a very friendly deaf and dumb Polynesian girl called Petal, and I don't speak sign language - not since my little accident during last year's theme week-end.

Yes I have/ I have stayed at various Disneyworld Properties plus the Nickelodean resort in Orlando, Florida in a Spongebob suite.
