get them immediate and intensive counselling/ phycotherapy to ascertain the reason for their statements, it is a beggining. then possibly the only good thing in this is that physcopaths internalise their wish to hurt and mimic 'normal' emotions so as to create a false reality for which others can view them as part of 'normal' society. good luck and get them help now.

Are you the mother or not! you all need a family counciling, you too!the children are not born with such hate, they are shown, little children see and hear everything,the 13 year old is still underage, you can do something, the 17 year old is no more an underage child, but now is the time to be strong, it is your child, dont leave it alone
