On the page where u can veiw you answers and questions it says Definitions? what does this mean?

There is a special page for definitions to words. You can post there or use it for reference.

Each section has its own glossary. I did a search and came up with scads of them such as http://www.answerbag.com/glossary.php/2411 http://www.answerbag.com/glossary.php/1317 and http://www.answerbag.com/glossary.php/3602 They are listed in the sidebar when you are browsing questions. You just have to scroll down past the Google ads. Along with the list of terms, there's a link where you can add a new term. Once a term is listed, click on it and add a definition just like you add an answer to a question.
