Why did my hair turn darker after I put a light blonde color on it? I bleached my hair a few weeks ago and then put a (medium blonde) toner on it. I decidedI wanted it lighter, so I put a light blonde on it, and it turned DARKER.

Thats what happens when you decide to take it into your own hands and do kitchen cosmetology. Go to a Salon, and you won't have that problem.

That was a rude answer..... Actually it probably depends ont he toner you used. that happened to me to, until I realized that I needed the violet toner to get the yellow out of my hair and instead used the blue which is for the orange brassiness in the hair. I would advice you to go some research online before doing anything, or if you want to get a platinum look, get manic panics VIRGIN SNOW. About $13 on ebay with s/h.
