  • Did you see the movie experiement, perfect example. I believe it was set in Europe. A true-story documentary. They took a certain amount of men and put them together in a prison and decided example 10 would be prisoners and 10 would be prison guards. Well.... watch the movie. Odd what power does.
  • I think it brings out the "negative" side of our sexual nature in many people. But that kind of sexuality isn't all there is (and isn't very healthy if left to its own devices) The other "positive" aspect of sexual expression resonates with the love, respect, and joy of being deeply related to another person -- its not an ego trip. That aspect produces a much richer kind of sexual experience than the mere power-happy "gimme what I want now" dominance aspect. The dominance aspect can participate safely if the relationship is whole, but then it becomes something playful rather than something that establishes pecking-order. So I would say no: the ultimate aphrodisiac is a rich and stable relationship, not power. If someone's addicted to power, though, they probably have no clue what a good relationship feels like so there's no point having the conversation with them.
