WE cannot unless things have changed drastically. Only certain people will get any satisfaction going down that route. Feedback takes much too long to get any response. Who or How do they decide best answer? If it is points that usually means the silliest answer or a Congratulations. Are they going to choose certain people to vote on the best answer? That will only cause dissent. I do not see how that can be a viable Leaderboard, in fact I think most of them are pretty useless.

What may be best for some, will most likely not be for others. Making the best question or answer obsolete as we all know the one with the most points are sometimes calculated as being a popularity contest.

http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/3430513 Firebrand, yes! I see your are taking a shot at a new email addy to remedy the staff's apparent deafness to you! Good luck with that. Personally, I think Rich was just stonewalling all your, alleged, 200+ emails to staff so that he could quote you and use you as an example of a "rouge" user in his writing debut! (Information and Emotion The Emergent Affective Paradigm in Information Behavior Research and Theory Edited by Diane Nahl and Dania Bilal) But you go ahead and try and 'reason" with staff. good luck.
