Don't forget about a table spoon of vinegar. I'm not kidding. You can look it up. Any potato salad recipe worth it's salt (need that too) will have vinegar as an ingredient.

My friend makes the best potato salad I have ever tried in my whole life. Bacon, Sour Cream, Mayo, Boiled egg, salt, pepper, spring onions and chives Yum!

My wife says to use brown mustard, instead of regular mustard. Brown mustard has extra spices that gives potato salad a Z I N G!!!

Potato salad tastes much better with olive oil instead of mayo. It tastes good when you add chives and onion.

Horseradish... just adds that perfect hot and flavour to compliment a nice Beef Tenderloin on the Summer BBQ.

Try baking the potatoes rather then boiling them, mix in little cubes of ham If you dice up onions into your salad try red onions as they have a better flavor.

I add some egg yolk and mustard to the onion and mayo must people put in..

I sometimes add bacon, sour cream, scallions, mustard, apple, or roast the onions and potatoes, even BBQing them to give them a special smoky flavor. I use different wine vinegars as my husband likes it with a tangy bite.
