Help answer this question below.

After working on the trailer light attachment for my 2001 Astro van the brakes are locked up. Any ideas?

    I assume you mean your trailer has electric brakes. You made a bad connection somewhere. Disconnect the trailer light plug and ensure that they aren't locked up. The tralier should roll freely. Reconnect the plug. If the brakes are again locked up, the problem is in the connections you made.
