I've never been "cool" It used to bother me, when I was younger. But now, I know that who I am is just who I am, and I'm good with that. I like me, even if I am shy, or nerdy. It's me - and I'm perfect just the way I am.

I've never been "cool". And I don't have many friends. But at least I'm not lame enough to both others by asking if I'm cool. I've known people like that. It's sad, really. I am not cool, because I am developmentally disabled. People with DDs can't be cool.

(This is me avoiding saying "I've never been 'cool'", which I just failed to do) Being cool isn't something that I worry about, since being cool is far beyond my capacity.
