Have any of you ever had a rhinoplasty? What was it like? Are you happy with the result?

I never have but my son and boyfriend have. It can be painful after the surgery and they pack your nose so you cant breathe thru it. But once it is healed they both could breathe and sleep better. But my son has a bump near the tip of his nose and our ENT said it is scar tissue. But it is not that noticable, he hates it!!
