  • I don't use curse words. To answer your question - Kids repeat every word they hear so I'ld hold them back. Plus they don't need to learn that whether sooner ot later.
  • i try to hold back , but sometimes i forget
  • They learn them very early on in schools. It is better they know the meanings behind them though and explain appropiate use as some people more easily offended than others. But research has shown that kids don't like swearwords, not cos of meanings behind them but because of the use of tone which they can pick up on and facial expressions which go along with them as well as fact they get asociated with people being in stress or agitated states.
  • i try to hold back, but at the same time the intent is the same whether you say "darn it", "damn it" or "shit" in response to something bad happening, i find that saying "Darn it" makes you sound like an idiot.
  • Hold back around everyone! They're cheap and unnecessary.
  • I never use curse words not when alone, around older people and least of all in front of children. Children will probably pick those words in school, but if they don't hear them at home it will not become an OK habit to say them. Regards.
  • Around my neices and nephewss I tend to hold back a lot even though my 15yr old nephew probs knows a lot more than me lol
  • I never hold back. The only time I hold back is at work because I can't afford to lose my job.
  • I don't have to hold back anything because I don't do it. I say what I feel and don't feel any need to curse or swear. Kids are safe around me.
