Interesting thought. I don't know who the club leaders are, but I would guess it would be up to that person. Is Nelson the head of the Jetpackers?

These are not law-abiding contracts. I can tell you from the point of view of COAT - I don't know the way some of the clubs operate. This is a public forum. You can put anything in your username within the terms and conditions of policy. But, if you dishonor a group.. chances are - the greatest impact is the respect of the other users. You may fight to still belong to a club, but the club members will cease to include you in participation and will try to distance the club as a whole from any type of dishonor. Overall and most importantly, the clubs are for fun. I'd hate for any group of users to seem like a society of their own. We are, most importantly, all AB'ers.

They're just for fun, really. It shouldn't be serious enough that you actually could dishonour the club. Maybe COAT is a bit different because they positroll those who have been severely downrated; so if one of their members runs around trolling people, that obviously defeats the entire purpose. But otherwise, there's no contract to sign or nothing. :/
