Which do you think is the most practical for an active, sporty teenager: glasses, contact lenses or laser treatment?

Contact lenses worked for me.

Contacts. I am still waiting to see what is going to happen to the people that have had lazer treatment in their later years. Glasses get in the way,but may be nessesary for the swimming activities. SO both really.

Contacts. If have heard you should wait until you're a bit older to have the laser surgery. Additionally, if you're only a teenager, who knows what even better technology they may come out with by the time you're in your late 20s or early 30s.
