Somewhat - but the face will be layered onto the recipients bone-structure. So the result will probably a bit like the donor and a bit like the recipients original face, and possibly likely to change towards the recipients with time. Whatever they look like, it is probably better than no face at all. I know that the the recipients psychological ability to deal with a new and strange face is a factor in deciding who to offer the early treatments - the doctors believe that the recipient will have to handle significant psychological problems.
