Our purpose is actually to give God glory. Sound like a nasty task? Or selfish? No. It actually means to live a life and because of being able to share, learn, enjoy things, we want to say "Wow, thanks, this is great!!!" Life is certainly a gift. God wanted to share love with others, so he made us to share it with. Unfortunately, the gift has been tampered with along the way by a nasty being, who wants the glory for himself, and encourages people to do the same thing. So God wants you to enjoy life and enjoy the feelings of love. Of course he doesn't NEED us, as he is God, and can do anything. But he certainly WANTS us. Otherwise you wouldn't be here. And he certainly LOVES us too. Hence why we get to enjoy life in the first place.

I think because he is so kind that he wants to share his kindness to us humans and other living things.He also wants to show us how he loves us.We all have problems ..Right? I think that is just an obstacle in our life to make our life more better and more complex.God has a reason for why he made us , he did not make us because we are useless or whatever.So I hope I answered your question!.God bless and take care
