  • I wouldnt eat that stuff either. Pedigree is an awful low quality brand. I recommend switching foods. Try something like Evo, innova, wellness, canidae all life stages or even raw(the ultimate diet). The three worst ingredients in pet food are corn, soy and wheat, and just cause they dont state that word doesnt mean they didnt put it in the food in another form, such as ground corn and corn gluten meal in this food by pedigree. http://www.pedigree.com/01Really%20Good%20Food/default.aspx?attributeName=Format%20Type,primary&attributeValue=Dry%20Food,true other ingredients to try and avoid are all grains. Dogs are classified as carnivores and should be eating primarily fresh meat and bone. Please take a look into your dogs food and look into switching to either a higher quality or to raw. If you decide to switch, www.bigdogsporch.com can tell you what to look for, and if you decide to try raw they can tell you almost everything you need to know. • I can only share my experience because I have a similar problem with the new label. My older dog couldn't keep the new label senior food down. I had to go out and get the non-senior food with the old label because I couldn't find the old-label senior food. She was recently euthanized (nasal cancer) so I don't have to find a new food for her. But now our 7-month-old puppy just ran out of old label Pedigree puppy food and got the new label yesterday evening. She had diarrhea during the wee hours of the morning and my husband had to bring her out 2 more times to pee (which never happens), plus we found a loose poop in the house later this morning. We were wondering if anyone else had a problem with the new label.
