yes... she could be a lier at the same time but i still think she was innocent even if she was guilty of that supposed crime!
-
u think she did it for the notoriety?

After following all of that case, including the latest review of all evidence, there remains no doubt in the minds of most of her countrymen and women that she is guilty. There is evidence of major distortion and manipulation of public opinion to create an illusion of innocence, which ultimately came to light during court proceedings and later confirmed by corroborating evidence from her own supporters including her legal team. Most of the Aus. public now feel disgust at the antics of this entire family and their associates.Everyone knows the penalties for this offence in that country...and their courts got it right. No sympathy here...play with fire-you get burnt.

The whole Corby case was a media fueled sob story from the get go. The problem is, there is so much speculation, so much dodgy backdoor politics and legality, too little clarity and far too much bulls**t to make any kind of rational judgement. It boils down to this: person brings over hash stuffed inside a vacuum bag packed into a boogie board cover. If it's a doe eyed, young female or an ugly, old man, who cares? A drug runner is a drug runner. They know the penalties, they know the risk, but the lure of quick bucks is too much. If we take the emotional images from the press out of the equation, and look at the case as is, it sounds like a typical drug running instance that went wrong. Similar to the "other" media chewed case of the "Bali nine". They were found with the heroin sticky taped to their bodies. Undeniable. Yet the media did the whole "oh, poor them" thing. Eh, you can't trust anyone these days. Yes, I'm Australian and yes, I'm bloody ashamed.

Oh you mean Shapelle Corby, she comes from the Gold Coast, not far from where i live. As much as the evidence of her apparent guilt is mounting. I cant help but wonder why on earth she would take pot into indonesia? They grow way better and cheaper pot over there, why would she take it to loose money? It just seems rediculous... Seing as her whole family is involved in the drug rings, you would think they would know better than that. BTW- the Gunja Queen, haha, never heard that one...

Sure theres the coniseidents.... but the fingerprints the survalience videos etc.... hmmmmm just all of the sudden broke down.... bullshit.... this was an inside job and it is damn ovious

i think that she got shafted. they said in the show that there was 20 other people who got arrested that same day she left astrailua for putting cocaine in to other peoples bags. they wanted to exacute her for that, which i think is not a fare punishment. 20 years is too long. the time she was in jail awaiting tril was enough punishment for her. i dont think she did it because how could she get through 2 different airports and not get caught. FREE Shapelle Corby!!!!!!

she is guilty ,penalty seems harsh but that is the law there,im amazed aussies think like yanks...think im aussie ,let me go i suffered enough,...watched it twice, googled as much info as i could find, she seems to have it fairly good if it is true about trips outside prison with family, she got what she deservered,to bad they didnt grab more of that family, dishonest people for sure, liars ,thiefs drug dealers and bad actors at trying to fool people about her innocence,we know where there decendants came from...prison ships

Even if she is guilty, which I don't think she is - 20 years is friggin ridiculous! Those people over there are crazy! I wouldn't even want to visit a country that has those kinds of punishments. It's pot people. Pot. You would probably get less time for killing someone there.
