There are fireworks stands on every block around here this time of year -- really. I never spend a dime on them, and don't even spend time going to see the professional show. Just not my thing anymore.

None but my brother in law spends hundreds of dollars. He puts on the best show every year for us. My sister has to leave the house when the fireworks start because she is afraid something is going to catch on fire. But she is always happy that he gets to show us a good time even if she doesn't enjoy it. My sister is awesome!

If I buy them, I spend about $25. I don't usually buy them, though.
