Well, to give out 10,000 bills, you'd have to average around 500 an hour (giving you 4 hours off for eating, pooping, etc.) in a 24-hour day. That's almost 9 a minute, so I guess this is technically feasible. You'd certain have to have the lap dancers set on "rapid fire," though! lol

Certainly. No one would be stupid enough to turn down a million dollar tip. Besides, you can tip more than one bill at a time.
