They're infected. I'd see a doctor.

You should make an appointment. It could be a breast infection.

Why did you ask this twice?

The easy answer is to scream "Infection!!" and for everyone to run around waving their arms in the air. However, that is the EASY answer, not the right answer. The right answer is that they are not NECESSARILY infected. They may be, or they may not be. Often, body piercings (or even any piercings) will produce a discharge when squeezed, get "crusty", or smell funky. Thats just the way it is... not that glamorous, but reality. They smell because of bacteria... and because theyre body piercings, and that just happens sometimes. What you have to do is get back to the basics of piercing hygiene. If youre like everyone else in the world (including me) youve probably stopped babying your piercings after 8 months. We all get busy and do it. Going back to babying it and putting lots of thought into it will probably do wonders. First, buy a bottle of Bactine. This stuff is GREAT. Use a Q-tip squirted with this solution to gently clean each side of each pierceing once/twice a day or whenever crusty. Also, go back to soaking in salt water once a day. In case you didnt do this the first time: Buy a container of sea salt, find two small plastic cups. Put enough sea salt in the bottle to THINLY cover the bottoms, add water hot as you can stand. Hold cups over nipples and lay on your back for 5ish minutes and soak. Dont do this extremely often, since its possible to clean it to the point of irritation. You may also want to remove the rings/barbells and soak them in hot hot water/ sea salt and rinse. Do NOT leave them out for that long... mine start to close within an hour and a half. Remember to do things like rinsing them well in the shower and take extra care with dressing... see how they respond to extra sensitive care for a while. If it doesnt improve, consult the person who pierced it and/or a doctor. Dont put that off if you really suspect something is wrong, remember- better safe than sorry. Good luck and I hope this helped.

I had the same thing happen to me. Sometimes your body just doesn't want piercings in certain places! I'd suggest getting the infection healed up and then get rid of the piercings.
