Help answer this question below.

My friend is a minor and her bf is over 21 and he showed her his, you know, and asked her to do sexual things for him (which she did) and I want to know if that's illegeal (which I think it is) and what I can do about it cause I'm really worried about her

    The biggest problem is that she is 16 and she lives in New York so she is still considered a minor but he lives in the UK.

    It depends on what the age of consent in your state is. In my state, it's illegal for anyone under 18 to date anyone over 20. The age of consent is 16 and you can't be with anyone over 3 years your senior until you turn 18. But I don't think that in most states it's legal for a 21 year old to do anything sexual with a minor. He could probably get arrested for statutory rape or sexual abuse of a minor.

    Yes, she is under the parent's guardianship until she is 18, so it's sexual abuse
