I don't think it's a case of too much or too little, I think it is how they wield it and when.

Ask yourself this question.......... If you and your daughter were kidnapped and you are handcuffed. a male is about to rape your daughter in front of you. you see a police officer, trying to come to theaid of both of you...... Could this officer now have too much power or too little to make this rescue and save you and your daughter? Point here is, when is it too little or too much power for the police at any given time or place? The courts, rules and regulations, pretty well have the power of police under control. it needs to be this way. Lets face it, if all hell breaks loose, the courts and rules and regulations go out the window. Its saving lives that count.

Absolutely! Why do you think so many are corrupt, or get caught taking advantage. We need more ways to have electronic supervision on the police. There is too much going on behind the scenes.
