Yep. By kicking my ex out and giving myself a chance to find myself and love me again. Then I met Mr. Right. :)

Yep ! I divorced her and never looked back . I haven't seen or spoken to her in over 23 years and I have no plans to do so !
-
I wish.

Numerous times. I prevented it and then... I destroyed them instead.
-
i thinks so... but then again maybe i just thought she was destroying it.

Well not exactly but years ago fate did, I worked for a white manager with recent hire being a young black girl...Everything was going fine until I got into a simple job type disagreement over something with this colored girl, the next day I was called into my supervisors office telling me that this girl filed a complaint saying I had made many racial remarks to her(did not) and also said I told her my manager hated blacks too(did not)......Before it could be kicked any higher up she was caught for stealing from the company....It was just an early life job that possibly could have gone on my record, everything was dropped...

Oh ya! "Why are divorces so expensive?" "Because they're worth it!"
-
myself
-
should I? even if it destroys theirs?
-
I got rid of my ex girlfriend and she moved on to destroy two other guy's lives.

Unless it is something outside one's control, like getting killed by a drunk driver, I don't see how anyone can "destroy" another's life unless there is some cooperation going on. You would have to give someone power over you in some way. People often blame other for "ruining" their lives but in fact I think there was definitely some collusion there..some agreement..some capitulation! :) You may not always be able to control what enters your life but you certainly can control your reaction to it! :)

Yes, I divorced her and rebuilt my life.
