Dating is perfectly legal. Its has to be a hands of experience - if you know what I mean. In New York the Age of Consent is 15/17. Why two numbers? Because if you where 19 then her being 15 would be age of consent - however you are over 21 so the larger number 17 applies. Although this is the legal age of consent, of you two do have sex and her parents find out they can pursue legal action which may very well get tossed out, after an investigation and accusations of statutory rape and other things. Thus it is advised that one waits until they are 18 (for a person over 21 years of age) before engaging in sexual intercourse.
