No. Honestly,I think this is a myth perpetuated by ET believers to justify their beliefs and to blame their own lack of proof on a government cover-up..very convenient! This does not preclude the existence of other forms of space life..we would be arrogant in the extreme to think we were the only inhabited celestial body in an infinite universe,in fact the minute evidence of such has recently been found in meteorite fragments. As far as Area 51...the only Extra-terrestrial life there is in the minds of the conspiracy-theorists.
