I started a workout regimen yesterday (yay me, haha) and today, I am very, very sore in my legs. I heard that when this happens, it's best to stretch and not let them just sit still. Is this true?

Stretching is good, but the soreness won't go away immediately. You'll be sore the first week, but just keep going. After that you won't be sore, and your energy will go way up, and you'll feel really great. Congrats! And keep on keepin' on. -
