It happens in the corporate world all the time unfortunately. We had a meeting last week where we had to come up with some procedural changes. Shifting of the workload among operations. I wrote up a brainstorm report with some of my ideas and suggestions (took 3 days and nights!!!) and gave my boss a copy before the meeting. BIG MISTAKE. She took all of my ideas and suggestions as her own and no one would even look at my report to see that they werent her ideas... They were too busy telling her how much they liked HER (MY) ideas and how to put HER procedures into effect. UGH I wanted to throttle my boss. Still do!!!! B*tch LOL

Once, many years ago. I was "best friends" with one of the salesmen in our office. I loved his wife, loved his kids..he was kinda like the brother I never had. One day my boss made a couple of remarks about something that was very private and personal..the only source could have been my "friend"! I was devastated. I never spoke to him again, which was not easy since we worked in the same office. But I never spoke to him again! :(
