One has nothing to do with the other. Unless you are refering to scholarships.

Scholarships are awarded based on many different criteria. Each scholarship has its own minimum SAT score, if it even requires one. Some scholarships have nothing to do with SAT scores or even grades.

I think you can get financial aid if your scores are high enough to get into the school of your choice. I know people who qualified and they had to take remedial classes. I don't think it pays for those classes, however. Go to http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ This is the official site for financial aid. It will have all the answers you need.

if you want a good scholarship you would probably have to get 1400+/ 1600 or 2100+/ 2400. but if its not a real competive school, just get over 1100/1600 and your good.

Anyone can apply for financial aid. Academic scholarships vary from school to school. At my college, I know you had to get at least a 1400 (on the old SAT) to even hope of getting a scholarship - but I go to a more competitive school. You can also get scholarships based on certain talents. Are you an athlete or artist? It may be a long shot but could help.

It should be high enough to get into the school you want to go to.
