Well, technically, you can't get an email without someone sending it to you. I don't know about the site in the first answer, but most joke sites have an option to subscribe to a mailing list. I, however, STRONGLY recommend you avoid giving any of these sites your email address. It's better to just read the jokes on the site. Once they get your address, no matter what their privacy policy says about distributing addresses to 3rd parties, you will start to get spam. GUARANTEED!
