I have always wanted to have my own family. I mean I used to always daydream about having a baby someday as far back as a 5 year child. I'm 22 years old now and many say I am still to young to start a family. What age is it proper to have a family?

I wish I could tell you that there is a certain age, but there isn't. It takes a great deal of looking inward with an honest eye before deciding to have a baby. If you know you aren't ready, then please don't be selfish. Your personal problems (which we all have to varying degrees) WILL become those of the child.

IF you are mature,financially stable and you have a loving man who is willing to support you,I say now is as good of time as any.Just make sure that you are ready for that major responsibility.
