I have a '99 E46. The A/C when sitting still does not blow cold, but when moving does so. The heater does the exact opposite, cold when sitting, warm when moving. What gives? Also, the A/C sometimes makes a banging noise wh

Check the radiator cooling fans. At least one of them should turn on when the AC is on. If the fan is not working then the AC system can't cool the condensor and the AC wont work. Once you start moving the airflow cools things down and the AC works. Just a guess.
