Why do women like to put their bags by the front seat? Is'nt this is where I'm supposed to put my feet?

A friend of mine gave me a useful tip. His wife did this constantly as well, so he used to just throw it out of the window whenever she did it - it soon stopped.

What? You don't chaueffer her around? She and I need to talk! Why not simply move it to the console area between the two front seats? Then it's handy and everyone's happy.

I think it's because women have a strong fight or flight response. Consequently they put a massive amount of stuff in their bags that seems idiosyncratic to a man - all kinds of emergency-but-never-probably-going-to-be-used stuff like bandaids, scissors, an old lipstick, mementos,tickets, receipts, drawings by their kids.... just in case they might need it. And it has to be close so it can be grabbed fast. Think of it as protection (unless she decides to hit you with it of course...)
