Love it. Thanks for a smile, knowing of all the Obama "slurs" and other tripe that his opponents are trying to pull out. Have you seen the latest - questions about his US citizenship, and expecting to find his birth certificate online? This is even more silly than the "sworn into office on the Kuran" lie. To answer your question, I believe McCain professes to be Christian. But for all I know, he could be Zoroastrian.
